1. Acceptance of Terms

By requesting a booking or staying at The Supplier House, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Booking and Approval

All bookings are request-based and subject to approval. Submitting a booking request does not guarantee confirmation. We will review your request and confirm availability before finalizing your stay.

3. Payment and Cancellation

Payment terms, including deposits and cancellation policies, will be provided at the time of booking confirmation. Guests are responsible for understanding and complying with these terms.

4. House Rules

  • The property is a non-smoking residence.
  • Maximum occupancy is six (6) guests unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • No parties or events without prior written approval.
  • Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their stay.
  • Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
  • Pets are not permitted unless previously arranged.

5. Liability Disclaimer

The Supplier House and its owners are not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property that occurs during your stay, except to the extent caused by our gross negligence or willful misconduct. Guests assume all risk associated with use of the property and its amenities.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, and design, is the property of The Supplier House and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arkansas, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Benton County, Arkansas.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
